While I will never claim to be an expert, I do have a couple of things I really enjoy, and that have made me feel great mentally and physically. After completing my RYT 200 Yoga certification, I decided to have some fun designing and eBook. It was fun enough to take some time to create another - this one geared towards anyone looking to get into running. I have found that both yoga and running are amazing for my body, mind, and soul...so if you're into that, or want to be into that, check 'em out!
